This page explains how Ace of Clubs London handles the personal information you give us when you apply for a contractor promoter role through this site.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile phone number, and Instagram handle
• The location you give us (city or area where you are based)
• The role you applied for (Front of House or Remote)
• The short answer you write in the application form
• The time you sent the application

Why we collect it

So we can read your application, decide whether to invite you to a meeting, and contact you with the outcome. The lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6 is your consent (you ticked the consent box on the application form).

Where the data lives

Your application is written to a private file inside the Ace of Clubs operations portal, hosted on a UK-region server we control. It is not shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. The data is not transferred outside the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

If you are not invited to a meeting, your application is deleted within 90 days. If you are invited to a meeting and we move forward together, your application becomes part of your contractor file and is kept while you work with us, then deleted within 18 months of you leaving.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you a copy of the data we hold on you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. Email ops@aoclondon.com and we will respond within one month.

If something goes wrong

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
